Seek and Destroy Enemy Strongholds
Scripture
Second Corinthians 10:4-5 says, The weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ (NKJV).
A “stronghold” is an area where we’re held captive to (deceived into) a certain way of thinking. God’s Word tells us we’ve been given divine power to "overthrow" enemy strongholds by taking our thoughts captive and making each one obedient to Christ.
Ask God to reveal any strongholds the enemy may have in your mind, then study scriptures that reveal the truth in that area. The enemy won’t give up these strongholds easily but be persistent to take every thought captive. The truth will set you free!
