Jesus Holds All Things Together
Let's Trust Him to Hold Us Together, Too!
Scripture
This is a powerful scripture. It tells us Jesus is holding everything together. Think about it. We can’t have good relationships if Jesus isn’t holding them together. Our finances and everything else would be a mess without Jesus. But if He is capable of holding the entire universe together, surely we can trust Him to hold us together, too.
Matthew 6:33 tells us to seek God and His kingdom first. If we don’t have first things first, everything else will be out of balance. So make Jesus the most important thing in your life. Start today by giving Him first place in everything you do. He’s holding you and everything that concerns you together.
Today’s Thought:
We always find time to do what is important to us, and if God is first, then finding time for Him won’t be difficult.

Prayer
Father, thank You for holding everything—my life, my job, my relationships, my world—together. Please help me remember to seek Your kingdom first in everything I do today. In Jesus’ name, amen.
