A Deeper Walk of Faith with God

When He had stopped speaking, He said to Simon (Peter), Put out into the deep [water], and lower your nets for a haul.
Faith is deposited in the spirit. Romans 12:3 says that every man is given a measure of faith. Faith is a force that comes out of the spirit, and it can accomplish great things, but faith must be released to be of value.
If you have faith in your heart to step out and do something but begin to take counsel with your mind, negative, doubtful, and unbelieving thoughts can talk you right out of what faith is telling you. If your head believes the opposite of what your spirit is telling you, you must go deeper.
Do you want a haul of blessings in your life? If the answer is yes, then like the disciples, you have to leave the shallow places of your own soul—what you think and feel—and move into a deeper life with God, trusting what you know to be true deep in your heart.
Prayer of the Day: Father, help me trust the faith You have placed in my heart. Keep me from doubt and lead me into a deeper walk with You, amen.
