Very Insightful

This is a very insightful and thought provoking read by both Joyce Meyer and Ginger Stache. I've read many of Joyce Meyer's books over the years. The references to her life's experiences are of great value to those who have experienced emotional trauma. I also appreciated the addition of Ginger Stache's experiences as well. Both authors are similar to different sides of the same coin. Well done!

Best I've Read By Far

I'm not done with the book yet. But from what I read, it's encouraging and gives best practices that will become habits--the good ones.
