Book Translation

Joyce’s books have been translated into KiSwahili and Sukuma; over 164,000 books (including e-Books) have been distributed through various outreaches. 

Feeding Program

Hand of Hope serves tens of thousands of meals yearly through our feeding programs in the country.

Prisons
  • 2020: The team visited 1 prison; distributing 30 of Joyce's books to the inmates
  • 2019: The team visited 1 prison; distributing 800 of Joyce's books to the inmates
Television and Radio

Joyce’s Enjoying Everyday Life television and radio shows are available in English, French, and Kiswahili in select areas across the country. 

Water Relief

Through our Water Relief program, Hand of Hope has provided fresh drinking water to villages by providing 75 wells.

Additional Support

Hand of Hope has built three schools in Tanzania, giving children shelter in classrooms rather than learning outside.
