How Can I Trust God?

Hi everybody, this is Joyce. I’ve been thinking about you today, which I’ve been doing very often in these times that we’re living in right now. I realize that many of you have very difficult situations and our answer is always to "trust God", but I realize that is harder to do than it is to tell somebody to do. I even find myself, when going through a particular situation, I have to keep reminding myself over and over, "Joyce, trust God." And so, right now we have something that we believe can help you to do that, it’s a Bible study you can get online called How Can I Trust God When....

Our faith is for times just like this. We don’t really need faith during the good times, we need faith when things are hard, and we don’t have the answers and we don’t know what we are going to do. Let me remind you that from cover to cover the Bible tells us that God is faithful! He doesn’t always do it when we would like Him to, or the way we would like Him to, but I believe with all my heart that God will come through for you; and whatever you’re facing right now will have an answer, and you’ll come out of it on the other side in victory! So, get this Bible study, I think it will really help you, and even tell your friends about it! This is a great time to reach out to other people and tell them to trust God. Believe me, when things get like this, people who never thought they’d turn to God are ready to turn to God, because they are so desperate for answers. Use this as a time to be a witness to other people. Pray your way through the day, and if you’re stuck in the house, enjoy it! Most of the time we’re so busy we don’t get to spend enough time at home. Learn that you can put your trust in God, and it can be unshakeable.
