Are little ones allowed? Do I need to register my child?
While little ones can join us, we want you to get the most out of our conference, so recommend making childcare arrangements when possible.  If you do bring children, 5 and older need a ticket to enter. Children 4 and under are free; however, only registered guests are guaranteed a seat. So, if the venue is packed, your child may need to sit on your lap.
What will I need to enter the conference?
When you arrive, simply bring your event pass with you. (It’s a PDF attached to your confirmation email.) Your event pass was emailed to you when you registered for the conference. For your convenience, we will resend your event pass to you via email a few weeks prior to the conference. We request that you do at least one of the following:
• Print your event pass and bring it with you
• Have your event pass (PDF) ready on your mobile device

As you enter the conference, the QR code on your event pass will be scanned, and you will receive a badge that allows you in-and-out privileges for the rest of the weekend.
I registered for a group of people. How can I share their event pass with them?
You can:
    1) Give each person a printed copy of their event pass(PDF)
    2) Email each person their unique event pass(PDF)
Why didn’t I get my event pass?
Hmm, there may be a couple reasons...
If someone else registered for you, they should have received your event pass via email and can share it with you.
If you registered yourself but did not receive an email with your event pass, please check your spam folder. If our email isn’t there, please contact us at lovelife@joycemeyer.org and our Customer Care team can help. You can also visit Registration Assistance at the conference.
I forgot my event pass. Will I be able to get it on-site?
Absolutely! Please visit our Registration Assistance team, located in the ticket booth, located at the North Entrance, Gate 1.
