Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here! - 2 Corinthians 5:17 (NIV)

Transformed from the Inside Out
Discover Who You Are and What We Have in Christ!
Scripture
Do you ever hear yourself say, “I know I shouldn’t do this…,” and then you go ahead and do it anyway? This statement reveals that we are willing to gamble with something…to make the wrong choice with the hope that we won’t experience any bad results. For many years, I made the poor decision to gamble with my health.
At the age of 36, I had four children and was leading a growing ministry. I constantly worked not only physically but also internally—by worrying, planning, thinking, reasoning, and pondering the teachings I prepared. Most of us can live that way for a period of time, but sooner or later it catches up with us, and life gets harder and harder.
Eventually, I got really sick and had no energy for anything. Through eating healthily and making a few changes in my lifestyle, I recovered fairly quickly. However, I didn’t learn anything from the experience, so I simply kept doing what I had always done and eventually got sick again.
If you know of changes you need to make in order to take better care of your health, finances, relationships, and other areas of your life, then now is the time to act. We simply cannot keep doing the same thing over and over and expect to get different results!
No matter what decade of your life you are in, whether you’re 20 or 80, you can still help yourself by making wise choices. The earlier you make good choices, the fewer problems you will have in life, but it is never too late to begin.
