- 2017: Hand of Hope responded with hygiene kits and food when a 7.1 earthquake hit central Mexico.
- 2010: Hand of Hope partnered with John Novara's ministry, His Heart and Hands Ministry, to assist victims who lost so much and needed our help by providing food, clean-up and disaster relief caused by Tropical Storm Alex.

Medical/Dental
In April 2008, Joyce Meyer Ministries conducted a medical/dental outreach in Acuna, Mexico. More than 1,100 patients were seen during this four day outreach and nearly 400 people accepted Christ.
