Books

Seven books by Joyce Meyer have been translated in the Chichewa language; over 145,000 books have been distributed through outreaches. 

Disaster Relief

2015: Hand of Hope partnered with Trinity Church International in Malawi to provide immediate relief after flooding in the Mtsiliza area near our Hope Center. Emergency food packets for 450 people were distributed which included plastic sheets for ground cover, tarpaulin for roof repairs, maize for family, porridge for babies, soy, beans, blankets, pot, cup, bucket and basin.  

Feeding Programs

Hand of Hope serves hundreds of thousands of meals yearly through our feeding programs in Malawi partnering with Trinity Church International. 

International Conferences

2009:  Joyce and the team held a three-day Festival of Life.  More than 150,000 attended and over 44,000 souls were saved.

Leadership Training

Hand of Hope has partnered with John Maxwell's EQUIP leadership training ministry to conduct the Million Leaders Mandate in the country. 

Medical/Dental
  • 2013:  Hand of Hope began a project to provide anti-parasitic medication twice a year to all of the children we serve in Malawi
  • 2009:  Hand of Hope volunteers treated 4,395 people in Ngodzi and Lilongwe, 2,680 accepted Christ   
Partnership
  • Hand of Hope teamed with local missionaries to host a pastors' conference and care for children in an orphanage by supplying blankets.  
  • We previously partnered with Lifeline Malawi, a medical outreach ministry in Malawi, and CURE International to provide clubfoot surgeries.
Prison

2009: In conjunction with the Festival of Life, the prison team visited 28 prisons; 13,750 gift bags with hygiene items including one of Joyce's books were given out to inmates. 

Television and Radio

The Enjoying Everyday Life television and radio shows are available in English in select areas of the country, and previously aired in Portuguese.

Water Relief

Joyce Meyer Ministries has installed water tanks to provide fresh drinking water to villages.
