Online Store & Resource Orders

Yes! Our Online Store uses a trusted certificate to protect all your personal information. Your password or credit card number is private when it is sent to this site.

  • Clear your cache as instructed at the top of our Technical Support page.
  • Make sure you are entering the same email that you used when you created your online account.
  • Forgot your password? Reset Password
  • Please add “” to your contact list to ensure our password reset email does not end up in your spam folder.

Note: If you haven’t signed into your account since the end of August, 2017, you will need to create a new account with us. Your new online account will only reflect the orders and donations placed on our website after July 29, 2020.

The guest checkout feature is not available, but we do have plans to add it in the near future.

  • To delete an item from your cart, click or tap on the shopping cart icon at the top right side of our website.
  • Click or tap on the remove link or the trash icon next or underneath the item. A pop-up to confirm that you want to delete will appear.
  • Select OK. The page will automatically refresh, and the item will be removed.

We currently do not provide tracking information for standard shipping. If you selected Priority or Premium shipping, you’ll receive an email from UPS with your tracking information. If you have not received this information, please call our Customer Care Team at 866-480-1528. We’re available M-F, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET.

Joyce’s desire is to be able to offer the resource to as many people as possible, so we limit requests for special offer items to one per household. You’re welcome to order at retail price by calling our Customer Care Team at 866-480-1528 (M-F, 7am-5pm ET, 6am-4pm CT) or 24/7 at 800-727-9673.

Any of the following methods of payment can be used to purchase resources from the ministry: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, money order or check. To place your order, you can send it through postal mail to the address listed below, go through our Online Store or call our toll-free order line at 1-800-727-9673.

To ship your order to another person:

  • Add an item to your cart
  • Click or tap on the Sign in to Check Out button
  • Click or tap on the Proceed To Check Out button
  • Click or tap on the toggle button located next to “This order Is a Gift” so that it turns blue
  • Under Shipping, click or tap on the down arrow to select or add a new ship-to address
  • Select your shipping and payment method and complete your order.

Note: Shipping receipts will not show any prices or the name of the sender. The gift recipient’s name will be displayed on the shipping label.

You can purchase resources and make donations using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or a debit card with a MasterCard or Visa logo. You may also pay by personal check or money order.

It could be that a portion of your billing information (credit card, billing address) was entered incorrectly. Review the information you entered and make sure it matches your card. If your card is still declined, you will need to contact your financial institution for assistance.

Whether it is a single digital item or part of a package, you will need to purchase digital items via our Online Store. These items will then be added to your Joyce Meyer App library to enjoy again and again.
