Inner–city Outreach

  • With over 25 outreaches and ministries, the St. Louis Dream Center (SLDC) reaches thousands of disadvantaged children and families, positively impacting neighborhoods and quality of life. In 2016…
    • The SLDC provided over 620,000 meals
    • Dream Center staff and volunteers made over 47,000 visits to area homes, schools, nursing and retirement communities
  • Supporting several ministries that rescue and care for homeless children in Moscow, Russia
  • Supporting Urban Youth Impact—an empowerment program for disadvantaged families located in West Palm Beach, FL
  • Partnering with Loaves and Fishes in Australia and the Los Angeles Dream Center in Southern California to reach and serve inner-cities

Feeding Programs

  • In 2016, more than 80,000 children were fed on a regular basis and more than 28.7 million meals were served
  • Supporting feeding centers in 30 countries
  • More than 750 feeding programs established worldwide

Medical Missions

  • To date, over 1.9 million patients have been cared for through our Hand of Hope medical and dental outreaches
  • In 2016, we provided free medical care to more than 177,000 people worldwide, and dispensed over 100,000 free prescriptions
  • Funds clinics and hospitals in Cambodia, Haiti, Ethiopia, and India; treating over 97,000 in 2016

Children's Homes

  • Provides support for 20 children's homes around the world caring for over 625 children daily
  • AIDS home in India cares for up to 60 children

Disaster Relief

  • Since 2004, Hand of Hope has contributed over $14.1 million toward emergency aid and humanitarian relief in response to more than 125 disasters worldwide
  • In 2016, we responded to a cyclone, wildfires, hurricanes, earthquakes, water crisis, flooding, Christian persecution and refugee relief

Prison Ministry

  • Since 1998, we have visited over 3,650 prisons in over 50 countries, and have ministered to inmates in all 50 states. Over 3 millions hygiene gift bags, including a book by Joyce, have been distributed to inmates worldwide.
  • In 2016, our ministry teams visited 183 prisons across the U.S., Guatemala, Myanmar, American Samoa, Guam and France, distributing over 111,000 hygiene gift bags
  • To date, over 140,000 prisoners have accepted Christ as a direct result of these outreach efforts

Human Trafficking Prevention, Rescue, & Recovery

  • Funding support for Los Angeles Dream Center human trafficking shelter
  • Supporting women's homes in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, Cambodia and Chiang Rai, Thailand
  • Supporting the A21 Campaign effort in Australia, Bulgaria, Greece, Ukraine, Netherlands, Norway, South Africa, Thailand, and the U.S.
  • Supporting the She Rescue Home in Cambodia
  • Supporting the Community Development Center in India

Water Relief

  • To date, more than 850 fresh water well projects are providing safe water in India and other remote areas
  • In partnership with ACC International Relief, ten water filtration systems were installed in medical clinics in Laos in 2012
