Our Foundation
Dave and Joyce Meyer founded Joyce Meyer Ministries based on three guiding principles: Excellence, Integrity, and Avoiding Strife. Dave and Joyce were driven by a promise from God that if they upheld these important values, he would bless the ministry. Today, we attribute our success to remaining true to these same three principles and rely on everyone who joins our team to commit to the same. Since 1987, Joyce Meyer Ministries has been a key employer in the St. Louis region and provides faith-based careers, as well as an opportunity to share the gifts He has given every team member as part of a powerful mission to share Christ and love people.

We sincerely believe for the Lord to show us the correct applicants for available positions. All positions at Joyce Meyer Ministries require mature Christians who are faithful in their church attendance. Salaries will be commensurate with education and experience. All full-time positions have great benefits, including full family medical and dental insurance for employees and their immediate family.
We also provide life insurance, disability insurance, paid vacations, personal time, matching retirement funds, yearly reviews to full-time employees, and Joyce Meyer Ministries offers a flexible work environment with options to work from home for part of the work week for some roles, shortened work weeks for some roles, and other flexibility to help maintain work life balance.
