Seventeen thousand of Joyce's books in English have been distributed through outreaches.

Children's Homes
In September 2010, Hand of Hope purchased property and home, now the "Hand of Hope Boy's Home", facilitated by Transformation International.  In 2012/2013 Hand of Hope funded the renovation of the Boy's Home. 

Disaster Relief
2014: Hand of Hope, partnering with Convoy of Hope and Assemblies of God World Missions, provided relief to the people of Liberia, affected by the Ebola outbreak in Western Africa. Containers of food, supplies and medications were sent to an alliance of 1,600 churches from 9 different denominations in Liberia.  

Television and Radio

Joyce’s Enjoying Everyday Life television shows were previously available in French and English throughout much of the country, and radio program was available in English in select areas of the country.
