  • Saturday, July 25 from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. at New Life Covenant Church

(Chicago, Ill) Chicago’s New Life Covenant Church will host HopeFest 2015, a free annual back-to-school festival for the local community. The event is sponsored by Hand of Hope, the missions arm of Joyce Meyer Ministries, in conjunction with the Norwegian American Hospital and Pepsico, and is expected to reach more than 5,000 children.

HopeFest is designed to remind the community that there is hope for the future, while helping to meet practical needs and equipping them with the tools to take the first step toward their goals. Attendees will receive medical exams, immunizations, dental check-ups, groceries, haircuts, backpacks filled with school supplies, help with resume building and more, all at no cost. There will also be a variety of family-friendly activities and entertainment.

“We are excited to partner with New Life Covenant Church to help make an impact in the Chicago community,” says Hand of Hope Director of Domestic Outreach Mike Messner. “We know this event is a great opportunity to spread the love of Christ in a simple, yet significant, way.”

The Festival will take place from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. at New Life Covenant Church, located at 3400 West Division Street, Chicago, Ill. 60651.
