A collaborative event involving Joyce Meyer Ministries, the St. Louis Dream Center, JOY FM radio, multiple local churches and Serve St. Louis



What: Serve St. Louis community outreach– an Adopt-A-Block event

Where: College Hill area of North St. Louis, including Hillvale, Preservation Place, Peabody and Lasalle Apartments and the St. Louis Dream Center.

When: October 11, 2014 from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM

In Detail: (St. Louis, MO) In collaboration with local churches, volunteers and JOY FM Radio, and the St. Louis Dream Center, an outreach of Joyce Meyer Ministries, will participate in a two-day Adopt-A-Block™ community beautification outreach called Serve St. Louis to support the College Hill area of North St. Louis. Hundreds of volunteers will join together in this cleanup event to serve areas such as Hillvale, Preservation Place, Peabody and Lasalle Apartments. Morning projects will include alley cleanups, landscaping and trash removal followed by a free afternoon block party and barbecue to celebrate a job well done with local residents.
