ST. LOUIS -

The St. Louis Business Journal has recognized Joyce Meyer Ministries as one of the "Best Places to Work" for 2012.

Joyce Meyer Ministries ranked superior in each of the following categories: team effectiveness, retention, employee alignment with company goals, trust with co-workers and senior leaders, manager effectiveness, work engagement and people practices. This information is determined through an annual survey conducted through the St. Louis Business Journal.

This is the fourth year Joyce Meyer Ministries has ranked among the "Best Places to Work".

"We are so honored to be recognized year after year. We have based our organization upon excellence and integrity and strive to set the standard in those areas," said Roby Walker, Chief Operations Officer at Joyce Meyer Ministries.

"We have a fabulous staff! We really appreciate and care about them," said Amanda Brantley, Human Resources Manager.

Joyce Meyer Ministries currently has 516 employees in their St. Louis headquarters, and an additional 365 employees among their 13 international offices.
